Scope limits
Occupied homes only, up to 3,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plan 48 hours to 21 days ahead; windows and household access must fit supervised pilot hours. Requests outside these limits need review and may not be supported.
An authorized adult must provide access for the first visit, and pets must be secured. No key storage, alarm-code management or unattended entry is offered. Hazardous or unclear conditions require review.
All services require an individual provider quote. This public catalog lists approved definitions and coverage only.
