What the pilot asks of you
- Describe the cleaning work, area, limits and terms you can actually support.
- Confirm your application and provide the requested business, identity and insurance evidence for review.
- Complete a consented test invitation and quote. Activation requires review; registration alone does not send you jobs.
You confirm each job
A quote must include scope, all-in price, arrival window, duration, crew and cancellation/re-clean terms. After customer approval, check capacity again and confirm the unchanged visit. A replacement crew or changed terms requires a new customer review.
You may pause new requests. Existing bookings still need their agreed follow-up. Applications and reviewed documents are private unless you separately consent to approved public business information.
Honest pilot conditions
The pilot plan has no lead fee and makes no promise of guaranteed orders. Recruitment, review and test invitations happen with your consent. DoneSpan does not collect customer payments; payment arrangements and service terms belong in the provider's agreed quote.
The planned Greater Seattle pilot covers ZIP codes 98036, 98037, 98043. A supported ZIP does not guarantee an available provider or visit. Exact address, travel and access are reviewed before customer approval.
