DoneSpan helps people coordinate house cleaning for occupied homes in the planned Greater Seattle pilot. You describe the work, review a provider's quote and decide whether to proceed.
From request to confirmed visit
- Check scope and coverage. Check your ZIP and household limits.
- Save a request. Describe your home, cleaning needs and preferred times. A saved draft is private and does not contact providers.
- Authorize quote outreach. Once the details are complete, give permission to contact eligible providers.
- Review a complete quote. Check the cleaning tasks, all-in price, crew, timing, cancellation and re-clean terms.
- Approve the details. Approve the exact scope, price, crew, timing and address sharing.
- Wait for provider confirmation. Customer approval creates a pending booking. The provider must separately confirm the unchanged visit.
