House cleaning scope
Pilot preview. Live cleaning requests are not open yet. Saved requests are demonstration data; they do not arrange a real visit.
Every visit needs its own complete quote and customer approval. The provider confirms the included tasks, fixed all-in total, arrival window, duration, crew, cancellation and re-clean terms.
Standard cleaning
Occupied-home maintenance cleaning.
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors
- Bathroom toilet, sink, mirror, tub or shower surfaces
- Accessible dusting
- Vacuum or mop suitable accessible floors
- Agreed trash removal
Initial cleaning
Standard checklist plus explicitly quoted first-visit tasks.
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors
- Bathroom toilet, sink, mirror, tub or shower surfaces
- Accessible dusting
- Vacuum or mop suitable accessible floors
- Agreed trash removal
Extras must be quoted
Oven interior, emptied refrigerator interior and bed-linen changes are optional add-ons. Heavy pet hair and first-visit buildup need explicit treatment in the quote. An add-on request is not a promise that a provider will accept it.
Pilot limits and access
Occupied homes only, up to 3,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plan 48 hours to 21 days ahead; windows and household access must fit supervised pilot hours. Requests outside these limits need review and may not be supported.
An authorized adult must provide access for the first visit, and pets must be secured. No key storage, alarm-code management or unattended entry is offered. Hazardous or unclear conditions require review.
The planned Greater Seattle pilot covers ZIP codes 98036, 98037, 98043. A supported ZIP does not guarantee an available provider or visit. Exact address, travel and access are reviewed before customer approval.
Review before committing
There is no instant booking or estimated price here. An accepted quote creates a pending booking; the provider must separately confirm availability and the unchanged terms. Report a problem through your booking page. Re-clean or refund responsibility follows the disclosed provider terms.
