Provider application information

DoneSpan uses provider contact details, service area and capability information to review and manage provider participation. Contact details and application evidence are not displayed publicly. A provider's display name, service area and verification status are public only when the provider separately consents.

Mobile information and SMS

If you provide a mobile number and separately opt in, DoneSpan uses it to send operational messages about your provider participation, such as quote invitations and service-related updates. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or participating through other available channels.

We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

To deliver messages, DoneSpan may send your number and message content to its SMS delivery provider for message delivery and support.
